Can the orders be shipped internationally?
Yes, we offer worldwide shipping. Some's delays may happen.
Is it possible that I may change my shipping address or cancel my order after I have placed it?
Contact us immediately after placing the order by either emailing our customer support at Info@thisthat4less.com or through the contact form. Since sometimes our orders are shipped very soon after the order has been placed, it is not always possible to amend your shipping address, or to cancel your order.
How long will it take for my order to be delivered in the United States?
In the United States and Canada it may take between 7 to 10 business days. Outside, it may take 10 to 15 business days.
How can I track my order?
You will receive a confirmation email after your order has been shipped. It will contain your tracking number which you can use to track your order. If a package gets lost, we will offer you a 100% full refund or resent the amount.
Note: some countries or couriers does not offer a tracking code.
Order is missing but tracking says delivered
Sift through the area around your house and inquire your acquaintances whether they have received the order. Ask your apartment office the same thing.
Consult your neighborhood post office and courier office in case you are unable to locate your ordered package. They will direct you on information about your ordered goods and whether or not you should file a claim.
Since we do not exercise control over the package once it has been handed over to the courier for delivery, we will not grant a refund if it is established that the parcel was delivered.
Why was my order not shipped in one package?
The order is shipped from various warehouses due to which orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately. It is possible that you may receive one before another. If you do not receive your complete order together, it is possible that other items are still on their way.
Why can I not track my order?
It may take 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update once the order has been shipped. Sometimes it happens that a package has not received the proper origin and transit scans, so neither we nor you are able to track it. If you haven’t received your order by the end of the quoted time frame, please contact us.
